The Challenge
The Interior Design Association required a stylish website that would suit their corporate image. The site also needed to have membership facilities, with a member area only viewable after users have logged in. The site also required changing Cascading Style Sheets that would suit every page of the site as each style sheet would be used throughout each page of the site, making every refresh give the site a different look.
The Approach
The Interior Design Association uses the River CMS and utilises its ability to have multiple style sheets and it uses its membership facilities to members account all in one place, allowing the IDA to manage, update and keep track of their members.
The Results
Based around a simple global and second level navigation system the IDA website looks stylish and is completely user friendly, whilst offering features that members will benefit from. With the alternating style sheets the colour of the site is always changing without alienating visitors and giving the site a very unique feel.
The site includes a forum, news and dynamic news callout, and also features a member’s area that gives members access to exclusive content including, news archives, image downloads and the knowledge centre.
