The Challenge
The IPA Effectiveness required a multimedia based website that would allow video uploads that could be reviewed and submitted to the website as part of the TV section. The site would also be linked with the Institute of Practitioners main website www.ipa.co.uk as well as many other sister sites.
The Approach
The IPA Effectiveness site is heavily linked with www.ipa.co.uk to have a centralised database using the Senior Content Publishing Engine which handles all the multimedia content that is submitted through the site. The site also makes use of the River CMS for all its standard content requirements.
The Results
The result is a website brimming with multimedia content and case studies about the competitors and it’s all easily navigable to via the global and second level navigation system. Keeping with the multimedia theme, the callouts have playable videos in them that can be played on the page they are on rather than having to navigate away to a new page.
Who is the IPA Effectiveness?
The IPA Effectiveness Awards are recognised by agencies and clients as Adland’s most rigorous awards scheme because entrants have to prove to a jury of experienced clients that their communications strategies have worked in hard business terms. These awards are not only open to agencies in the UK but to media owners and advertisers alike.
