The Challenge
The two main purposes of this site were to provide information on the exhibits that the Long Eaton Guild showcases each year and to attract potential visitors who work in the trade to the exhibitions. The site had to give the Long Eaton Guild an online presence and allow for updates so that members can have their information on the site and showcase their latest products.
The Approach
The approach was to make an informative site that had a lot of information about exhibitions and the companies that are attending these exhibitions to showcase their work. The site gives the Long Eaton Guild an online presence that draws companies within the region together to showcase their latest projects and the news section allows for all the latest information to be updated quickly and easily.
The Results
The result is a highly attractive and stylish site that is easy to navigate, performs well in search engines and receives a lot of visits, especially around exhibition times and helps to build a strong link strategy between member’s sites.
Who is Long Eaton Guild?
The Long Eaton Guild consists of eight companies based in Long Eaton, Nottinghamshire, all of whom make by hand, furniture of the highest quality and supply both independent retailers and national multiples such as John Lewis, Harrods and Hopewells of Nottingham.
